"Everyone is friendly from the front office to the doctor. I went to the Mesquite office based off the referral card I received. I live in DeSoto) It stated that I would receive a discount by going to that office for my consultation. I did- but no one knew about the discount. Didn’t matter- I was given a great discount with my insurance in addition to a special the office had. The hygienist that I saw was cool. Young guy- very personable. And he worked with me again for my actual initial Invisalign treatment . I highly recommend this office. I hate I didn’t use them for my kiddos.🤷🏾♀️But- you live and you learn. ❤️"
"I’ve had the best experience with what started out as Smile Doctors about 2 years ago with my Invisalign journey. Not gone lie, it wasn’t always a cake walk but I had to trust the process and it was a great decision and investment for myself. The doctors were all great to work with. The office was always clean. The process was always thorough and well explained. I initially had 33 trays and thought I was done. Then I was put back into 28 trays…..then 8 more trays and I am happy to say I am finally in my forever retainer!!! Yahhhh Me!!! Thanks Smile & Co. Family for taking great care of me during this journey🫶🏽"

Dr. Tongco pays close attention to detail and takes the time to adjust and personalize treatment so that we’re both happy with the results. That level of care really stands out.I’ve loved my experience so much that I brought my daughter here for traditional braces, and she’s had the same positive experience. All of the techs are friendly and amazing. They remember us and greet us by name, which makes visits feel personal and comfortable. I especially appreciate how they involve teens in their own treatment, even having them sign a commitment to take ownership of their care. It’s such a thoughtful and encouraging approach.Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a team that is skilled, attentive, and genuinely cares about their patients!"

"This place is amazing! It was really important that I found a place where my kids were comfortable that also offered affordable options. They were able to check both of those boxes. My oldest son did not finish his treatments as he decided to join the military. In the few months with Invisalign we were able to notice a lot if change. Once he returns home he has the ability to continue treatment where he left off. We will definitely be returning."
