"Oh my gosh, where do I begin! Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in. It makes it so much easier when it’s time to go in for treatment. They go about and beyond in every way. I opted for traditional braces to help with my shifting teeth. The Orthodontist Dr. Tongco is so sweet and caring also very knowledgeable and explains everything in simple terms. The quality of care is outstanding. They treat you like a person, not a patient. I love my new smile! The entire orthodontics team is superb. The best place for braces."

"First time here was right after Christmas for my consultation. I went back today for my braces the experience from the time I walked in to the time I walked out was absolutely amazing. I have anxiety really really bad and Dr. T was THE BEST she made sure her assistant knew how I felt and they both were excellent. Juanita who put my braces on was extremely helpful and she did everything perfectly. It did not take long at all for my braces to be put on. The front office ladies were really nice and helpful overall the entire place was great and I truly appreciate experience like this."

"I will do my best to put into words what an amazing place this is. We moved here from another city and found this place online. We came in and as soon as we walked thru the doors we felt the place so well kept, clean and we were and have every appointment been received with kindness and a smile from the front desk. We were informed of the procedures, prices and compassion to help us work a payment plan. The techs and doctors have been so amazing, they are so gentle and awesome towards everyone. Today my son was only coming in for a final check up and he would need to come back to have the braces removed, they knew school tests are coming up, and me working it can become a little overwhelming and they checked to see if they had an opening to get it all done today and they did!!! My son gets his braces off today all in one appt. We are extremely happy we found this place, I highly recommended this place.Thank you to everyone who works here and has made our experience a wonderful one from the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors, to the cleaning crew, you all rock!!The Lacayo Family"

My concerns with my smile were discussed and as of yesterday I got my braces off and I AM SO PLEASED WITH MY RESULTS. Doctor Tongco took her time, asked every visit if I had any concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the decisions she was making throughout my treatment. "I have been going here for 3 years and I cannot believe I haven’t written a review yet. First off I would give 10 stars if I could! This is my second time having braces and I have enjoyed this experience here so much more. Dr. Tongco is a perfectionist and I’m so glad I trusted her advice throughout my journey, my smile looks amazing!!! I had to bring my toddler to my appointment today and she was fussy and scared, and Dr. Tongco blew a ballon up for her and bubbles to try to make her happy 🥺. I decided to just reschedule but the staff was so sweet, caring and understanding. They know how much I wanted these things off! We moved to Arlington and I still drove here to finish my treatment instead of transferring, I love them all so much. Thank you ladies for everything! 💕 if you are thinking about coming here do it & make sure you wear your rubber bands 😂😭. I will update with pics after I get them removed 🥰"

"Leni is the absolute best!!! I moved to this office because of a realignment. It would have been nice if the patients were given better heads up of what was going on rather then hey we need to change your date. As a patient I want to see only Leni and unless she quits I will. However not everyone is as assertive as I am.Desoto office 5 star service, great music, super friendly orthodontist.UPDATE: Both my children had their braces done with this company and I do refer anyone that asks to you guys! :)"
