"I live in DeSoto and traveled to the Mesquite location because of a special I thought I had. No one at the office was aware of that. Everyone was super friendly... I didn't feel like I was at a dental/orthodontic office. Very personable. The gentleman who took my xrays and other pics was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The young lady who worked with me on my plan and determining my payments was very nice and answered all of my questions. Dr. was very sweet and funny. Once I decided to move forward, Quante was very sweet and worked with me.. oh and that discount, they gave me that and then some. I wish found this practice for my kiddos 2 years ago. But I have one more who may require ortho services, so I will look into this office for her. ;)"

I was a bit overwhelmed since this is my first child with braces, and I have another who will need them soon. Braces can be expensive, but they worked with me on the down payment and payment options. At the beginning of the year, I’ll be moving forward with getting braces for my oldest son as well.I’ve been bragging about them since we left yesterday to family & friends because I know I can be a handful when it comes to my kids. This office has never treated me with anything but kindness, respect and caring about my success and wellbeing just as much as I do. They communicate very well via app or phone, answer all my questions and try to explain everything to me so I am comfortable making choices. Dr. Tongo and Leni are my team. Doing anything with my teeth sends me spiraling but they always handle it with grace, never make me feel a burden and instead are empathic and compassionate every time. I guess I should also mention we are making progress with my ortho through all of this as well- they know what they are doing.Couldn’t recommend more!!!"
