I had an incredible experience at Smile Doctors in Mesquite. Dr. Tongco, and her staff (I wish u had everyone’s name !) were amazing and so personable, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Every staff member was fantastic which was actually very warming. I was pleasantly surprised. Abi was super informative and patient as well.
Their communication is top notch.
Dr. Tongco was absolutely wonderful—I really appreciated everyone’s patience throughout the entire process. She and every everyone at the clinic took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. If you’re looking for a caring and professional orthodontist with an amazing team alongside her, I highly recommend Smile Doctors with Dr. Tongco. She also sent a follow up email, very sweet. Top quality provider:) They truly go above and beyond. Definitely recommend !!
